About
Haley Sebastian began her nursing career in 2017 after earning her associate degree in nursing from Rose State College, followed by her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Northeastern State University, where she graduated summa cum laude. She began her professional nursing career in the intensive care unit before transitioning to oncology nursing, where she spent eight years caring for oncology and hospice patients across both inpatient and outpatient settings. She went on to obtain national certification as an Oncology Certified Nurse.
In 2026, Haley completed her master’s degree in nursing from Texas Woman’s University, becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board. She is a member of the Oncology Nursing Society and the Advanced Practitioner Society for Hematology and Oncology. She holds certifications in chemotherapy and immunotherapy, Basic Life Support, and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support.
