MK2870-012: Randomized Study to Compare the Efficacy and Safety of Adjuvant MK2870 in Combination with Pembrolizumab Versus Treatment of Physician’s Choice in Pts with TNBC Who Received Neoadjuvant Therapy and Did Not Achieve a Pathologic Complete Response at Surgery

Breast Recruiting Multiple locations

Inclusion:

TNBC (centrally confirmed)
Non-pCR after at least 5 cycles of neoadjuvant pembrolizumab + chemo including at least one cycle dose of anthracycline
Randomization must be conducted within 12 weeks of surgical resection
Completed adjuvant RT (if indicated) and recovered before randomization
No extra doses of pembro allowed before or after surgery following chemo completion
