GOG-3096 (DS600-109/REJOICE): Randomized Study of Raludotatug Deruxtecan (R-DXd), a CDH6-Directed Antibody Drug Conjugate, in Pts with Platinum-Resistant, High-Grade Ovarian, PP, or FT Cancer

Inclusion:   

• High-grade serous or High-Grade Endometrioid

• Radiographical progression, measurable disease

• At least 1, but no more than 4 prior systemic lines of tx

• 1 line:  ≥90 and ≤180 days after the last dose of platinum

• 2-4 lines: ≤180 days after the last dose of platinum

• At least 1 line of therapy containing bevacizumab unless the pt is not elig or due to precautions/intolerance

• Platinum-resistant; No primary platinum refractory pts

• Had prior PARPi if pt has BRCA mutation

• Had prior mirvetuximab for pts with high folate receptor alpha expression  

Exclusion:   

• Bradycardia of less than 50 bpm

• Ascites or pleural effusion that requires repeated drainagle (less than 4 weeks between drainages)
