Eligibility:
- Unresectable Stage III or Stage IV Melanoma
- No prior systemic therapy for unresectable or metastatic disease
- Adjuvant and/or neoadjuvant tx is ok if they did not have progression/recurrence and/or discontinued due to imAEs while on tx. Must have had a treatment-free and disease-free interval of ˃6 months
- Measurable disease; cutaneous lesions should be evaluated as non-target lesions
- Excluded:
- Uveal, Acral, Mucosal
