GOG-3102 (TroFuse-021/MK2870-021): Randomized Open-Label Study Of Sacituzumab Tirumotecan (Sac-Tmt, Mkk2870) Maintenance Tx With Or Without Bevacizumab Versus Soc In Pts With Newlyl Dx Advanced Hrd-Negative Ovarian Cancer Following 1st Line Platinum-Based Chemo

Inclusion:  

• FIGO III/IV Epithelial Ovarian Cancer (high-grade predominantly serous, endometrioid, carcinosarcoma, mixed Mullerian with high-grade serous component, clear cell, or low-grade serous (capped at 4%)

• Has undergone PDS or IDS

• Must have completed at least 4 cycles but no more than 8 cycles of 1L platinum-based chemo

• If pt undergoes IDS, at least 2 but preferably 3 cycles should be administered after surgery

• The interval between the last dose of chemo and rando must be no longer than 12 weeks (Bev many be continued during the screening period)

• Has response of CR, PR, SD or NED (RECIST and CA125 performed 3-6 weeks after the last dose of chemo)

• Pts are not eligible to receive PARPi as 1L maintenance tx according to the investigator

Exclusion:

• Active/ongoing stomatitis (with next amendment)
