Eligibility:
- NSCLC, all subtypes
- Stage IV
- PD-L1 TC ≥ 50%
- No EGFR, ALK, and ROS1 mutations
- Prior systemic treatment in the neoadj/adj setting and/or definitive radio- or chemoradiation for early-stage resectable disease are allowed, provided that the recurrence or progression has occurred at least 12 months after the end of tx
- No prior anti-PD-1/L1
