Ashley Roberts, APRN, began her education at Pacific Lutheran University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She furthered her studies at the University of South Alabama, obtaining a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Previously, Roberts practiced at the Pawnee Indian Health Center, where she assessed, diagnosed and treated patients from birth through older adulthood in family practice, urgent care settings and the pediatrics clinic. Roberts also served at Domestic Violence Intervention Services, providing similar comprehensive care to individuals affected by domestic violence.
In addition, Roberts worked in labor and delivery and in an urgent care setting, managing up to 50 patients a day as the only provider. Her earlier roles at a state health department, as an Army nurse and officer, and at a medical center allowed her to gain holistic experience as an advanced practice registered nurse.
