
Libbe Tollefson began working as a Staff Nurse, Medical Surgical/Oncology in 2007, after graduating from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center Graduate College of Nursing and earning her Masters of Science in Nursing APRN-CNS Adult-Gerontology from the Baker University School of Nursing.
She moved to Tulsa and joined Oklahoma Cancer Specialists & Research Institute in 2017 after six years of infusion and stem cell transfer nursing experience. Tollefson remains an active leader in professional organizations and committees such as the Oklahoma Association of Clinical Nurse Specialists Oncology Nurses Society, and Medical City Hospital, Dallas, TX. Tollefson is involved in current clinical research regarding healthcare technologies, cancer treatments, and other pressing health issues.
