Description:
Arm 1: Carboplatin/Taxol x6 cycles, followed by letrozole daily until disease progression
Arm 2: Letrozole daily until disease progression
Eligibility:
Female – 18 years and older
Inclusion Criteria:
- Newly diagnosed, Stage II-IV low-grade serous carcinoma
- TP53 must be nonaberrant
